Bug Squashing

As more people used the system, new errors were encountered.  Friedrick discovered that the GPS information from NextBus.com was not always reliable, sometimes no information was available and users would receive a text back that would say “No Arrival times Today”

Other times users would have special signatures or make mistakes when texting in. Friedrick realized that the system needed to be more reliable or users would quickly stop using the system.  He then devoted the developers to quality checking the system to make it “idiot proof” – so that no matter what the user texted in, they would get an answer or advice to get the right answer.
